JON SHEEDY - FOUNDER AND PRINCipal
I was born and raised in Middletown, Indiana where three generations of my family worked on GM and Chrysler assembly lines. I was fortunate enough to spend most of my youth with my Great-Grandfather and my Grandfather after their retirements, and they are the reason I was the first in my family to attend college.
When we were attacked on 9/11/2001 I was a sophomore in college and in the following weeks I joined the United States Marine Corps. After graduation, I served 11-years as a USMC Fighter Pilot flying the F/A-18 Hornet deploying multiple times.
I left active duty in 2015 to attend business school with the intention of returning to Indiana to make a difference in our community. I saw first hand what good jobs mean to a community and I also saw what happens to the community when those jobs leave. I want to buy a Hoosier business so that I can make a long-term, positive difference in Indiana.
dylan hamm - senior associate
Dylan previously worked within market research at Indiana University Purdue University of Indianapolis before leaving to start a company of his own. He founded Skyview Analysis to offer spatial analysis and topographic mapping to work sites and real estate services dealing with large acre transactions. Dylan earned a MS in Data Analytics & Statistical Analysis from Charleston Southern University. Before going to graduate school, he completed undergrad at the University of Alabama majoring in International Relations with a focus in International Business.
