There are over 50,000 small businesses in the U.S. that currently have no succession plans and have an owner who would like to retire. We believe this is a huge problem for America as these small to medium sized businesses (SMBs) have employees whose lives depend on the work that they provide. Often times, these business owners have no choice but to shut the business down because they are unable to find a qualified buyer that is sophisticated enough to close these complex deals.

I founded Bull Capital with the mission of finding and acquiring one of these great small to medium sized businesses. Bull Capital is not a private equity firm who will view your employees as a cost ready to be cut. We are determined to grow a business and to provide meaningful employment to Americans.

I am a former Marine Corps Fighter Pilot, an experienced entrepreneur and proven business operator, I have ample capital lined up, and I have participated as an investor in two successful business acquisitions.
